LATE SH RAM DAYALU SINGH

Ram Dayalu Singh Born in Gangawa village, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. He was a freedom fighter and a strong lawyer of SRI BABU Candidature of premiership of the province of Bihar in 1937 assembly election (first). Ramdayalu Babu was an ideal example of sacrifice, honesty and true friendship. He has also been the first Speaker of Bihar Legislative Assembly.

He presented an exemplary example of true friendship and sacrifice by taking the initiative and proposing the name of his colleague Dr. Shri Krishna Singh for the post of Prime Minister (Chief Minister) in his place in the government formed in pre-independence Bihar. Not only this, he also inspired his friend Mahant Darshan Das to open an educational institution for higher education for the empowerment of women. On the call of Mahatma Gandhi during the Champaran-Satyagraha, he also left the prestigious profession of advocacy. Undoubtedly, the noble personality of Ramdayalu Babu is exemplary for the new generation.
